Thank you for visiting our website and we welcome your visit to our dental office. Seeing children, teens, and young adults smile is our greatest reward and the symbol of a job well done. If you are looking to introduce your child to dentistry or want a fresh start in a new office, we are committed to providing a warm and comfortable experience. We want to make your family feel like you are part of our family.
What Our Clients Say
Preventative Dentistry
Preventative Dentistry
Tooth cleaning, polishing, and fluoride treatments all work together to make up your child’s prevention program. Other prevention options include sealants applied to protect your child from tooth decay, a mouth guard to prevent sports injuries to the teeth, and early diagnosis of orthodontic problems.
Infant Oral Health
“First visit by first birthday!” Your child should visit a dentist when the first tooth comes in, usually between 6 and 12 months of age. This relaxed visit will establish a dental home for your child. Early examination and preventive care will protect your child’s smile now and in the future.
Digital X-Rays
X-rays allow dentists to diagnose and detect conditions that cannot be seen during a clinical examination. Our office uses digital X-rays and proper shielding to ensure each patient receives a minimal amount of radiation exposure.
Restorative Dentistry
If tooth decay is detected, we will recommend a restorative dentistry plan, which could include fillings, nerve treatments and/or crowns. Our office will discuss the many available materials and procedures that we use to provide the most evidence-based dental restorative care.
Sedation
Dental sedation can help guide behavior during dental treatment. It is not intended to make a patient sleep, unconscious, or unresponsive. Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is available for the anxious or scared patient.
Emergency Dental Care
Quick action can save a tooth, prevent infection and reduce the need for extensive dental treatment. If your child chips a tooth, falls and loses a tooth or has a toothache, please call our office at 913-469-6555 so we can make arrangements to evaluate the situation.
Appointment
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Since insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
Payment Options
For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience.
