About Happy
Teeth Dentistry

Thank you for visiting our website and we welcome your visit to our dental office. Seeing children, teens, and young adults smile is our greatest reward and the symbol of a job well done. If you are looking to introduce your child to dentistry or want a fresh start in a new office, we are committed to providing a warm and comfortable experience. We want to make your family feel like you are part of our family.

Our office is dedicated to excellent dental care, but dental experience is about more than teeth. Early dental visits are part of a child’s experience and our goal is to foster good dental habits and home care. It is important to us that each patient enjoys their time with us as we encourage them to have healthy teeth as well as healthy lives. We learn through their experiences and it is important for those experiences to be positive and constructive, leading to a good attitude toward their dental care.

Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you cannot find the answers to your questions on our website.

Appointments

We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

Payment Options

For the convenience of our patients, we accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
